Internal Account Manager

GENERATE REVENUE FOR A WORLD CLASS, INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL SOFTWARE PRODUCT WHICH BOASTS 75% MARKET SHARE

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets as per sales plan
  • Speak to a minimum of 22 clients (existing and potential clients) per day
  • Ensure client satisfaction including one Successful Case Study from a client (monthly)
  • Good understanding and ability sell the benefits of all products
  • Minimum 20 cold calls per month
  • Accurate forecasting and backward sales planning to achieve target
  • Sales process: Ensure all activities, opportunities and forecasting are updated daily on the CRM system
  • General sales administration duties
  • Matric with exemption – all subjects passed on higher grade as a minimum requirement
  • A BA or BComm Degree (Advantage)
  • Minimum 2 years telesales experience
  • Minimum 1 years software and related product sales experience
  • Experience working with/using a CRM system is desirable
  • Must have experience of working towards and achieving a target
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office products
  • Experience on Salesforce an advantage
  • Excellent telephonic communication skills
  • Always professional
  • Ability to easily sell a product or service telephonically
  • Problem solving skills and ability to deal with potentially difficult clients
  • Negotiation skills
  • Strong administration skills – important that incumbent is on top of their admin
  • Self motivated, self starter
  • Ability to work under pressure in a very busy environment
  • Team player
  • Dynamic, results orientated, target driven
  • Must be a fast learner as they will need to quickly learn the products
  • Must be able to deal with and manage clients who are angry or upset when necessary
